All construction projects will comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSM Nepal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to project delays, cost overruns, or defects, except where such damages result from KSM Nepal’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
