Architect
We're looking for an Architect to join our design team and lead projects from initial concept through to working drawings and site coordination. You'll work closely with our engineers, interior designers, and construction team, so this role suits someone who wants to see their designs actually get built, not just approved on paper.

Responsibilities
Develop concept designs, floor plans, and 3D massing based on client requirements and site conditions
Prepare working drawings, elevations, and sections for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants to produce fully integrated drawing sets
Ensure designs comply with the National Building Code (NBC 105:2020) and local municipal bylaws
Support the Naksha Pass (building permit) submission process
Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback through revision cycles
Conduct site visits during construction to review design intent and resolve on-site design queries
Collaborate with interior designers on space planning and finish selection
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); NEC registration preferred
2–5 years of professional experience, ideally with a design and build or construction firm
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp or Lumion is a plus
Working knowledge of the National Building Code of Nepal and municipal permit processes
Ability to manage multiple projects at different design stages simultaneously
Strong communication skills for client-facing presentations
A portfolio that shows range across residential and commercial work
