Civil Engineer
We're looking for a Civil Engineer to oversee structural design coordination and on-site construction execution across our residential and commercial projects. You'll work closely with our architects and site teams to make sure what's on the drawings gets built correctly, safely, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Review and coordinate structural drawings with architectural and MEP designs
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material/cost estimates
Supervise site engineers and labor teams during civil and RCC work
Conduct stage-wise quality inspections — foundation, structure, waterproofing, MEP
Ensure all construction complies with the National Building Code (NBC 105:2020) and approved Naksha Pass drawings
Monitor project timelines and flag delays or site issues early
Coordinate material procurement and vendor quality checks with the site team
Prepare progress reports and support client walkthroughs during construction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; NEC registration preferred
2–6 years of experience in building construction, ideally with a design and build or contracting firm
Solid understanding of RCC design, structural detailing, and NBC 105:2020 requirements
Experience preparing or reviewing BOQs and cost estimates
Comfortable splitting time between site supervision and office coordination
Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with estimation software is a plus
